What are the Shipping Rates and other pertinent Shipping Information?

Standard Orders shipping & handling within the contiguous US states per address (excludes Oversized items). Shipping rates are based on Standard Orders weighing less than 100lbs. Orders weighing more than 100lbs may be subject to additional shipping charges.

·        2-day and Next-day options will ship the same day only if the order is received prior to 12 noon EST Monday through Friday. Shipping and delivery time frames exclude weekends and holidays.

·        Express delivery may not be available for all items.

·        Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Express shipping may not be available for these products.

·        Orders for in stock items are usually shipped within 2 business days from acceptance of order.

·        For orders shipped within the contiguous United States, please indicate if you can receive Postal delivery to your shipping address. Also include a daytime phone number and email address.

·        Standard orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS at the discretion of our warehouse.

·        There is an additional charge for Oversized Items. This upcharge will automatically be added to the order when an oversized item is added to the shopping cart.

·        Orders being shipped outside the contiguous US must be pre-paid. Please contact our Customer Service Department for shipping options and charges. We reserve the right to hold orders until all items become available.

Drop Ship Items

Some items are drop ship items (ships directly from the manufacturer) and will arrive separate from other items on your order. Drop Ship items may not fall into the expected delivery time frame as other items on your order and may not be available for express shipping.
