And it's disposable, ensuring sanitary conditions litter after litter. The Puppy Protector Rails are made from polished aluminum and are virtually indestructible. The Whelping Mats are designed not to ruck up and are made from high quality fleece and waterproofed base material. The complete Newdog Whelping Kit includes 1 box, 2 mats, and 1 set of rails.
