The Sentinel Slim Stripping Knives are handmade and manufactured in Belgium under the supervision of famous breeder and groomer, Rony Demunter. The materials used for the blades are a high-quality metal alloy, stronger and lighter than other knives with each knife weighing under one ounce. The Beech wood used to produce the handle comes from sustainable European forests and the varnish used is FCS approved as A+ safe for the environment.
These high-quality stripping knives are available in five different styles, and will not damage or break the coat. The slim stripping knives are made for smaller hands, and the knives in this collection are for right-handed groomers.

W5 Extra Fine
- For flat work and very sharp finish
- Use where the hair needs to be extra short such as on the cheeks, ears and head
- Due to the very small micro teeth, this stripping knife is safe to use on sensitive skin
W1 Fine
- For short parts of the coat like body blend and shoulders
- Used mostly for all flat work on shoulders and neck, and blending long coat with short coat
W2 Medium
- A universal knife used for all short and medium parts in commercial grooming, especially the back
- Ideal for stripping the jacket of coats like the fox terrier
- Perfect for most salon work
W3 Wide
- The wide tooth stripper is best for West Highland Terriers or Cairn Terriers including the head, jacket, long parts and legs on all breeds
- Great on coarse coats and heavy work
- Use for sublime work on the long coat from the legs or a Westie head
- May be used overall on the Cairn Terrier
W4 Coarse
- For thick, long coats with undercoat
- Great for coats which are difficult to strip or have not been stripped in a long time
